    Your comments are beyond nasty and irrelevant to the readers of this blog. Seems to me like you are more interested in bullying than engaging in open debate. I would suggest you take the nastiness somewhere else… Perhaps your own blog?

Prior to the day on which your head is scheduled to finally explode (and based on your deportment in this thread I must assume that that day is getting closer all the time), would you be so kind as furnish us with advance notice as to precisely where and when said event will occur? I would very much like to capture that historic moment on video for posterity.
